Supervision and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
Training and Development: Provide training to new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and take corrective action as needed.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and order replacements as needed. Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Staffing: evaluate, and manage housekeeping staff performance.
Scheduling and Budgeting: Create and maintain staff schedules and manage the housekeeping department's budget.
Problem-Solving: Handle housekeeping emergencies and resolve issues as they arise.
